North Texas LMSC Elections

This November, the North Texas LMSC will be voting on the following officers: Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Membership Coordinator and Member at Large (x2).
The individuals voted into these roles will serve for two calendar years, with their term beginning on January 1st, 2026 and concluding on December 31st, 2027.
Election Details
The election will be conducted electronically during the week of November 17. Eligible voters will receive detailed instructions via email outlining the voting process and procedures.
Voting Eligibility
The following individuals will each have one vote in all election related matters:
All 13 members of our 2023-2025 Board of Directors
All 2025 North Texas Club Representatives
Club representatives are determined by the number of registered masters swimmers per team, as follows:
1–24 registered masters: 1 Club Representative (1 vote)
25–99 registered masters: 2 Club Representatives (2 votes)
100+ registered masters: 3 Club Representatives (3 votes)
